The International Public Art Festival 2022 (IPAF) is going up a level, literally: It’s adding multi-storey massive public murals to Cape Town CBD’s cityscape. Watch the best talent in street art, locally and internationally, as they paint, drawing inspiration from the theme “Humanity”. The festival was from 23 – 27 February, 2022.
